At Weisenberger Health, Geelong, we have experienced first hand the benefits of Clinical Pilates. A regular Pilates practice strengthens and stabilises the core (the abdomen, back and pelvic girdle region) and can also help reduce stress and tension. Even just one weekly session can make the difference.
